employment

Human Restoration Project is a small, grassroots 501(c)3 organization. However, we firmly believe in compensating and valuing our employees and any volunteer efforts. As of now, we do not have the structural capacity to hire any new employees, but we are actively seeking grant-funding to further our operations. Stay tuned to our social media for updates.

We are a remote operation with employees across the world. We seek to not only create human-centered schools, but practice a human-centered workplace. We promote forward-thinking, socially conscious workplace practices such as asynchronous meetings, a 4-day work week, transparent salary information, and unlimited paid/sick leave.

HRP prides itself on being radically transparent. All of our current works, financial data, and operations are made publicly available, within reason. We encourage our employees to be incredibly open to sharing radical ideas about our organization or education. The more we work together and do cool things, the better equipped we are to be even more successful in the future!

HRP is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based upon race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, disability, or any other legally protected characteristics.
